Job summary
We are looking for Health Care Assistants / Caregivers (formerly called "Auxiliary Nurses") for Elderly Persons who will work at our care home in Akute (outskirts of Lagos) or in the elderly person's own home.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and compassionate care, which is personalized to the needs of each elderly person.
- Assist elderly persons with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, eating, etc.
- Help the elderly person move around safely.
- Ensure that the elderly person feels safe and comfortable at all times.
- Carefully follow the personalized care plans and risk assessments for each elderly person.
- Engage in social, indoor, and outdoor activities with the elderly person.
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience as a health care assistant/caregiver for elderly (older) persons.
- Verifiable training and experience.
- Very good reading, writing, and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A kind, compassionate, and caring personality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Remuneration: Between ₦70,000 and ₦90,000 per month, depending on experience and training.
