the Head of Sale would be responsible for all strategic marketing growth of ParaQuick. He/She is to directly supervise, manage and control sales team.

Job requirements

Minimum of 4 years work experience in a Microfinance Institution.

Should be resident on Lagos Island or environs like Yaba, Surulere, etc.

A degree / HND in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Accounting or any related field.

Experience working towards and exceeding targets.

High-level of communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.


Responsibilities

Prospect to acquire and manage relationships with clients.

have in-depth knowledge of Financial Products and value propositions.

Advise Management on business and market opportunities.

Increase client base.

Develop growth strategies and plans.
