The Growth Marketer & SMM at Opulent Platforms is responsible for the health of our sales pipeline. You don't just create posts; you create Qualified Prospects. By blending data-driven online ads with strategic offline activations, you ensure our Business Development team is constantly fed with high-intent clients ready to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
Digital Lead Acquisition & Funnel Management:
- High-Intent Targeting: Design and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) aimed at pulling "Qualified Leads" from high-traffic, sites relevant to global migration.
- Lead Filtering & Quality Control: Implement "Lead Magnets" and pre-qualifying forms to ensure that only prospects with the right financial capacity and intent reach the BD team.
- CRM Integration: Ensure every online lead is automatically captured and assigned to the Prospect Opportunities pipeline within the CRM, enabling BDMs to initiate contact within 24 hours.
- Conversion Tracking: Monitor "Lead-to-Click" and "Lead-to-Discovery Call" metrics to ensure marketing spend is yielding actual "Qualified Leads" for the sales pods.
Strategic Offline Marketing & Geo-Targeted Outreach:
- High-Value Location Activations: Identify and design marketing strategies in specific "hotspot" locations such as professional association hubs, high-end corporate offices, and elite academic institutions to attract clients.
- E-events Marketing: Organize and promote niche webinars for parents, students, and workers interested in migration.
- Collateral Design: Produce high-standard physical brand materials that reflect the Opulent Standard in awareness.
Brand Custodianship & Community Building:
- Community Engineering: Manage and nurture an online community (Telegram, WhatsApp, Twitter, or Facebook groups) where potential clients feel a sense of belonging and receive regular "migration Intelligence" updates.
- Visual Identity Management: Maintain a consistent "Premium EdTech" aesthetic across all digital channels, ensuring that Opulent Platforms is viewed as a consultancy rather than a casual agency.
- Thought Leadership Content: Create and distribute "value-first" content—such as expert explainers on visa policy changes or success stories—to build trust and authority before a lead even speaks to a BDE.
- Engagement Monitoring: Oversee the "Top of Funnel" inquiries on social media, ensuring every comment or DM is professionally redirected to the official portal or a Discovery Call booking link.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or lead generation, preferably within the EdTech, travel, or high-ticket service industries.
- A strong portfolio of past social media campaigns that demonstrate a clear transition from "Engagement" (likes/comments) to "Conversions" (leads/sales).
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, with the ability to set up "Custom Audiences" to target the needed audience.
- Proficiency in Canva or CapCut to produce professional, high-standard visual assets that align with the firm's branding.
- Ability to interpret marketing data (CPL, ROI, CTR) and translate these numbers into actionable strategies for the CEO and Operations Manager.
- Experience in identifying and activating offline lead sources.
