Graphics & Motion Designer
Job summary
This role ensures all visual communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand: creating compelling designs, maintaining brand consistency, supporting marketing campaigns, and translating ideas into high-quality visual assets across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for digital campaigns (social media, ads, website, email).
- Develop branding materials (logos, brand guides, templates).
- Create marketing collateral (flyers, banners, brochures, presentations).
- Produce visual content for campaigns (graphics, illustrations, basic motion/video where required).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into visuals.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Manage multiple design projects with quick turnaround times.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and performance insights.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in graphic design (agency, fintech, or corporate environment).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in fintech, banking, or tech-related design environments.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to interpret data/marketing briefs into high-performing visuals.
