Job summary
The Graphic Designer will create modern, brand-consistent visuals for campaigns, reports, and client projects. The role requires strong technical skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, culturally resonant visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for campaigns, reports, and branding (corporate, NGO, government).
- Develop social media graphics, infographics, and data visualisations.
- Support business development with professional pitch decks and proposals.
- Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and project managers to align visuals with storytelling.
- Ensure brand consistency and cultural relevance in all design outputs.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in design roles within agency, consulting, or corporate environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Arts, Communications (preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience with Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Motion graphics or animation tools (advantage).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
- Collaborative, innovative, and deadline-driven.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign visuals, infographics, and corporate/NGO materials (non-negotiable).
- Creative yet professional approach.

- Awareness of cultural sensitivities in African design contexts.
