Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment
- Support monitoring and inspection of pumps, compressors, turbines, and pipelines
- Participate in site visits and practical training sessions
- Assist in preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation
- Learn to conduct equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Observe and adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Support project teams with mechanical calculations and technical analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational processes
- Engage in professional development and continuous learning programs
- Follow company policies and engineering best practices
Requirements:
- B.sc in Mechanical engineering
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant internship experience
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic engineering principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and work in a challenging oil & gas environment
- Knowledge of safety standards and oil & gas industry practices is an advantage
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is a plus
