Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and interpret employment contracts, service agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and support on matters related to labor laws, client contracts, and compliance issues.
- Ensure company operations adhere to relevant laws and internal policies.
- Liaise with external legal counsel where necessary.
- Support the team in handling any legal concerns related to recruitment processes or client engagements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal matters.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Law (LL.B) with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be called to the Nigerian Bar (B.L).
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor and employment law.
- Proven experience in contract drafting and legal advisory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
