Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Drive revenue generation and ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, real estate agents, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns for all projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and customer acquisition plans.
- Coordinate property launches, exhibitions, site inspections, and client engagement activities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for executive management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and effective handling of client inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with project development and finance teams to align sales objectives with project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and real estate best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8–13 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of real estate development, property sales, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
