Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings for constructability and technical accuracy.
- Identify and resolve design errors, omissions, and clashes before construction.
- Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and management instructions.
- Ensuring that the architectural design intent is fully achieved during construction.
- Coordinating architectural drawings with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and other consultants.
- Preparing and updating As-Built Drawings throughout the project.
- Supervise architectural works and finishing activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the architectural design intent is achieved throughout project execution.
- Produce and maintain door, window, finish, room finish, ceiling, joinery, glazing, and material schedules and furniture cutting lists.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in technical architecture, construction documentation, and site supervision.
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, multidisciplinary coordination, and quality control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM Collaborate Pro, SketchUp, Enscape or Twinmotion, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Project.
