Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Carry out building works such as bricklaying, concreting, plastering, and general structural tasks
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and other site workers
- Inspect and repair structures where necessary
- Meet daily and weekly work targets set by site supervisors
- Report any site issues, hazards, or material shortages promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
