Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site activities and ensure project milestones are achieved according to approved schedules.
• Supervise site officers, artisans, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure productivity and quality delivery.
• Coordinate site logistics, material deployment, equipment usage, and workforce allocation.
• Monitor construction, fit-out, furniture installation, and finishing activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  
• Liaise with project managers and the construction lead.
  
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  
• Escalate project risks, delays, and resource constraints appropriately.
  
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
  
• Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, site activities, and equipment.
  
• Support project documentation, handover processes, and close-out activities.

• Project delivery against schedule.
  
• Quality compliance and defect reduction.
  
• Site safety performance.
  
• Resource utilization efficiency.

• Timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing construction, interior fit-out, or design implementation projects.
  
• Strong understanding of site operations, project execution, and quality management.
  
• Proficiency in project reporting and construction documentation.
