Site Manager
Job summary
The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and supervision of project sites to ensure that all works are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Micdee Design Limited's quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site activities and ensure project milestones are achieved according to approved schedules.
- Supervise site officers, artisans, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure productivity and quality delivery.
- Coordinate site logistics, material deployment, equipment usage, and workforce allocation.
- Monitor construction, fit-out, furniture installation, and finishing activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with project managers and the construction lead.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Escalate project risks, delays, and resource constraints appropriately.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, site activities, and equipment.
- Support project documentation, handover processes, and close-out activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Project delivery against schedule.
- Quality compliance and defect reduction.
- Site safety performance.
- Resource utilization efficiency.
- Client satisfaction ratings.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing construction, interior fit-out, or design implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of site operations, project execution, and quality management.
- Proficiency in project reporting and construction documentation.
