Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all company operations, including project planning and execution.
- Develop business strategies to ensure profitability and long-term growth.
- Supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensure adherence to construction standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Drive organizational efficiency through strategic leadership and performance management.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8–15 years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Professional certification such as COREN or PMP is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, project management, and budgeting.
- Proven record of managing large-scale building or civil projects successfully.
