Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage project execution, and drive business growth while ensuring high-quality delivery across all construction activities.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all company operations, including project planning and execution.
Develop business strategies to ensure profitability and long-term growth.
Supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Ensure adherence to construction standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Drive organizational efficiency through strategic leadership and performance management.

Requirements:

B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 8–15 years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Professional certification such as COREN or PMP is an advantage.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of construction processes, project management, and budgeting.
Proven record of managing large-scale building or civil projects successfully.
