Job Summary
The job holder will work closely with our Head of Infrastructure and Technology to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications for our remittance and financial services platform. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between frontend and backend development, leveraging your expertise in both domains.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end applications using TypeScript and JavaScript across the entire technology stack
- Build responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and Vite
- Implement state management solutions using Zustand and Context API
- Create and optimize serverless backend systems using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, S3, SQS, SNS, and SES
- Develop RESTful APIs with NestJS, Express, and SST frameworks
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies using Jest for both frontend and backend code
- Set up error tracking and monitoring with Sentry to ensure application reliability
- Integrate analytics solutions to track user behavior and optimize application performance
- Ensure frontend and backend components work seamlessly together with efficient data flow
- Implement and maintain payment processing workflows that meet industry standards
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional interfaces
- Optimize application performance, focusing on load times, API response times, and database queries
- Ensure all implementations adhere to financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Maintain high code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data
- Work in an Agile environment to continuously deliver new features while maintaining existing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that span both frontend and backend domains
- Stay updated with the latest developments in full-stack technologies and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio of work
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
