Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering training programs and materials for various levels of learners, covering topics like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, backend languages, databases, and frameworks.
- Conducting hands-on labs, lectures, and workshops to guide students through the learning process.
- Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring students are meeting learning objectives.
- Staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in full-stack development and incorporating them into training.
- Providing one-on-one support and mentoring to students, addressing their questions, and helping them overcome challenges.
- Seeking feedback from students and stakeholders to continuously improve training methods, curriculum, and overall learning experience.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, and their respective frameworks (e.g., Spring, React, Angular).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of server-side technologies, databases, and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and software development lifecycles.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts, present information effectively, and provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Capacity to guide students through challenges, identify solutions, and mentor them on their learning journey.
