Web Designer

Responsibilities:

• Creative Web Design: Design visually compelling and intuitive web pages and interfaces using Figma. Ensure designs are responsive, functional, and aligned with current trends and technologies.
• User-Centric Design: Conduct user research to identify target audience needs and behaviours. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that prioritise usability and accessibility.
• Brand Integrity: Uphold and enhance brand guidelines through consistent, high-quality designs. Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with developers to translate designs into interactive digital experiences. Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to align design with strategic objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to integrate modern techniques. Gather and analyse feedback to refine and optimise designs.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in web and UI/UX design.
• Expertise in Figma with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is an advantage.
• A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
