Job Summary

The ideal candidate will directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Trains, cross–trains, and retrains all front office personnel.
  • Participates in the selection of front office personnel.
  • Schedules the front office staff.
  • Supervises workload during shifts.
  • Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. 
  • Evaluate the job performance of each front office employee.
  • Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
  • Maintains master key control.
  • Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
  • Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Prepare monthly reports and budgets for the front office department.


Requirements:

  • Must have extensive knowledge of the computer 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Front Office Personnel
  • Degree in any related field from a reputable institution
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
