Job Summary We are in need of a Food Scientist who plays a vital role in the food industry by researching, developing, and improving food products and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new food products, improve existing products, or enhance production processes.
- Perform quality control testing to ensure food products meet safety standards, nutritional specifications, and taste requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes related to food science and technology.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Write reports, research papers, and technical documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and product specifications
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in laboratory work and quality control testing.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in food regulations, such as FDA (Food and Drug Administration) guidelines, is preferred.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting scientific experiments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
