Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost efficiency.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial insights.
- Lead financial risk management initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Budget Accuracy – Variance between actual and planned financials.
- Operating Margin – Profitability from core operations.
- Cash Flow Efficiency – Liquidity status and fund utilization.
- Financial Reporting Timeliness—Timely submission of statutory reports.
- Audit Compliance Score – Feedback and ratings from external/internal audits.
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
- B.Sc. in Accounting or Finance
- ICAN/ACCA mandatory
- Minimum of 5+ years in financial management
