Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively hunt for new business through cold-calling, networking, and visiting prospects in person.
- Relationship Management: Meet regularly with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Product Demonstration: Present the benefits of products or services clearly and address any technical or operational questions on-site.
- Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Update the company CRM platform with accurate client data and generate daily or monthly sales reports.
- Market Awareness: Attend industry events and monitor regional competition to spot new sales opportunities
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development.
- Experience in Fintech, FMCG, Telecommunications, Retail Sales, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must own and be able to use a smartphone.
- Must be willing to work within assigned territories (Ogba, Ota, or Mowe).
