Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively hunt for new business through cold-calling, networking, and visiting prospects in person.
  • Relationship Management: Meet regularly with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Product Demonstration: Present the benefits of products or services clearly and address any technical or operational questions on-site.
  • Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Update the company CRM platform with accurate client data and generate daily or monthly sales reports.
  • Market Awareness: Attend industry events and monitor regional competition to spot new sales opportunities


Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development.
  • Experience in Fintech, FMCG, Telecommunications, Retail Sales, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Must own and be able to use a smartphone.
  • Must be willing to work within assigned territories (Ogba, Ota, or Mowe).
