Field Recruitment Agent (Driver Onboarding) - Warri/Asaba. The primary mission is to get Monochrome Convoy moving on the roads of Warri/Asaba. You will be on the front lines, identifying potential drivers, pitching the benefits of our app, and walking them through the full registration process.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Locate and engage with car owners and commercial drivers across Warri/Asaba (hubs, parks, and popular driver hangouts).
- Guide drivers through the app download and sign-up process.
- Ensure all required documents (Driver’s License, Vehicle Paper, etc.) are correctly uploaded and clear.
- Ensure the driver account is fully registered and operational, and ready to take trips.
- We will train all successful candidates on how to use the app, verify documents, and effectively onboard drivers to ensure you are successful from day one.
Requirements:
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to speak clearly to drivers in English and Pidgin.
- Comfortable using and explaining mobile applications.
- Familiarity with major hubs, parks, and roads in Warri/Asaba.
