Job summary
As a Field Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, closing, and managing relationships(active partnerships) with three key stakeholders: Travel, Study-Abroad Agencies, and University Admissions Departments.

Responsibilities:
- Partnership Acquisition: Identify and sign travel agencies and educational consultants, and get them to book WallX POF.
- Admissions Integration: Work with internal or partner university admission offices to position our POF solution as a "recommended provider" for international applicants looking to study abroad.
- Agent Training: Conduct webinars and workshops for agencies to ensure they understand how to pitch our financial products to students.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end referral process, ensuring students or travelers referred by partners are converted into active users of our POF services.
- Compliance & Loan Booking Liaison: Ensure all partner-led POF applications are processed promptly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Marketing Strategy Execution.
- An existing "Rolodex" of travel agents or study-abroad consultants is highly preferred.
- Fair understanding of visa financial requirements for key travel and school destinations (UK, Canada, USA, Germany, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain complex financial products simply.
