Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Physically onboard mechanics and auto merchants onto the MechLink platform.
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, branded items) across key locations.
- Build and maintain partnerships with auto garages.
- Represent the MechLink brand professionally at every touchpoint.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into active platform users.
- Provide regular field reports on activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven field sales or marketing experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you can walk into any room and own it.
- Familiarity with Lagos terrain and key commercial/automotive hubs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Prior experience in tech, fintech, or FMCG field roles is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Smartphone-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for reporting.
