Responsibilities:
- Work on palm oil cultivation, harvesting, and processing
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
- Work to improve animal welfare, hygiene, and biosecurity standards
- Keep accurate records of livestock, crop yields, and feed usage.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and agricultural regulations
- Assist with farm planning, budgeting, and productivity goals
- Identify and resolve issues affecting farm performance (e.g. pests, diseases, or feed shortages)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
- SSCE Certificate is required
