Pavilion MG Farms is seeking a proactive and experienced Poultry Supervisor to oversee daily poultry operations, ensure optimal bird health, and manage farm attendants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of poultry care, productivity, and farm hygiene.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of poultry attendants to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Monitor the health and well-being of birds, identifying signs of illness and ensuring prompt intervention.
- Implement and maintain strict biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards across the poultry facility.
- Ensure proper feeding routines, maintaining accurate feed and water balance for optimal bird growth and productivity.
- Oversee vaccination schedules, medication administration, and disease prevention measures.
- Maintain accurate records of feed consumption, mortality rates, production output, and general farm activities.
- Ensure the cleanliness of poultry houses, equipment, and the surrounding environment.
- Report regularly to the Farm Manager on farm performance, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in poultry farming or poultry management.
- Practical experience in managing poultry attendants and farm operations is required.
- Strong knowledge of poultry management, bird health, and farm operations.
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor bird behaviour and farm conditions effectively.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate farm records and reports.
Location: Benin City, Edo State
Remuneration: NGN 180,000 – 230,000 Monthly
