Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate farm production, including feeding, health monitoring, vaccinations, growth performance, and mortality control.
- Be part of daily activities and maintain farm facilities, utilities, security, and biosecurity standards.
- Keep accurate operational records and provide regular reports. Oversee procurement, inventory, sales activities, and support farm expansion, construction, training, and future livestock operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, Animal Health or a related field
- Hands-on experience with poultry production
- Good communication skills (daily reporting required)
- Strong record-keeping ability
- Understanding of farm equipment and maintenance
- Basic computer/phone literacy (Google Sheets/WhatsApp)
