Responsibilities:
- Daily oversight of activities on the farm.
- Farm planning and resource optimization
- General Farm Management
- Staff supervision.
- Supervision of farm harvesting and processing
- Maintenance of farm records.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in crop farm management.
- Matured candidates can also apply.
- Experience in vegetable farming/management will be an added advantage
- Minimum qualification of OND/B.Sc. in Agriculture or a related discipline.
- Good knowledge of farm operations, crop production, and supervision of farm workers.
