Social Media & Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging posts on all Agrofount social media accounts, and keep our pages active, accurate and on-brand.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries on social media, WhatsApp and other online channels.
• Turn online enquiries into confirmed orders and send them for processing without delay.
• Keep product prices up to date on our admin dashboard whenever prices change.
• Follow up with customers after every delivery, and record and resolve complaints.
• Escalate issues you cannot resolve, and share customer feedback with the team.
• Work with Sales and Operations so customers get accurate updates on their orders.
• Track page growth, enquiries and orders from social media, and report weekly.

Requirements:

•  At least 2 years managing social media pages for a business, or in online customer service.
• Strong written English and the ability to write clear, friendly posts and replies.
• Experience creating simple graphics and short videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp.
• Fast, professional responses to customers, including difficult ones.
• Good record-keeping and comfort with spreadsheets and online dashboards.
• Reliable, organised and able to manage many conversations at once.
• A plus: experience in agriculture, poultry, agritech or e-commerce; turning social media enquiries into sales; speaking Yoruba or another local language; using Canva or similar tools.
