Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating and monitoring production machinery.
- Handle raw materials and move finished cartons to storage or shipping areas.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Support the production team in meeting daily output targets.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks or assist maintenance staff when required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
