Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating preventive and corrective maintenance on properties
- Liaising with tenants
- Record keeping
- Preparation of notices and account keeping
- Ensure smooth running of the facility
- Payment of bills and charges
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs.
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Estate Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking.
Remuneration: NGN 55,000 and above
