Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and training new realtors.
- Managing realtors' inquiries and complaints.
- Organizing community events, sales bootcamps, and webinars.
- Engaging with the community both online and offline.
- Scheduling and processing realtors' commissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a relationship manager or community builder.
- Graduate from a reputable university.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge or experience in real estate is advantageous. Intercontinental travel experience is a plus.
