Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Conduct thorough research, prepare reports, briefs, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Draft and edit professional communications, proposals, and business documents.
- Serve as the point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve workflow and productivity.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support in organizing events, business trips, and special projects.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, decorum, and confidentiality in all engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
- A go-getter — self-driven, proactive, and confident in handling dynamic tasks.
