Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting transactions, including cash, bank, and petty cash management.
- Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
- Support accounts reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial activities.
- Assist in payroll preparation and vendor payments when required.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, and enjoy their work.
