Energy Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Contact potential customers through phone, email, and video conferencing to conduct product introductions and sales demonstrations
• Identify and develop new customers, build and maintain strong customer relationship
• Communicate deeply with customers to understand their needs and provide customized energy solutions
• Prepare and submit quotations, contracts, and sales proposals, track sales progress, and ensure smooth completion of transactions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback on the company's sales strategy
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Continuously follow up with customers, provide follow-up support services, and seek cross-sell and up-sell Sales opportunities
• Report sales performance to the sales manager regularly and prepare relevant reports

Requirements:

• Marketing, business management, engineering, or related majors are preferred
• At least 2-3 years of sales or business development experience, energy industry experience is preferred
• Good customer relationship management skills, able to achieve sales goals independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong persuasiveness
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote working environment
