Lawyer

Requirements:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technical energy agreements such as power purchase agreements, EPC Contracts, Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements, financial and technical services agreements, production sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, joint venture agreements, farm-in and farm-out agreements, etc;
• Providing legal analysis of agreements and documents relating to energy transactions including acquisitions, divestments, construction, procurements, joint venture arrangements, licensing, etc.
• Preparing detailed, practical, and tailored legal opinions for client’s queries in relation to transactions, legal documentation, and relevant topics in the energy sector and other commercial issues.
• Research and draft commercial agreements in support of a broad spectrum of business initiatives with the supervision of Senior Associate(s) and/or the supervising Partner(s);
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries under the supervision of Senior Associates and or Partner(s)
• Consistently drafting scholarly legal articles on hot topics as may be required.
• Research and utilize technical/ business and legal information with the ability to achieve the desired outcome

Requirements:

• Law degree and active license to practice law.
• 5+ years of experience in energy, infrastructure, or commercial law.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with the energy sector’s legal and regulatory framework.
• Excellent communication and advisory abilities.
