Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment within the factory.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults, ensuring minimal production disruption.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve machine efficiency and output quality.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and factory operating procedures.
- Support the procurement of parts and liaise with external service providers when necessary.
- Participate in planning and executing factory expansion, upgrades, or automation projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of factory machinery, PLC systems, and automation controls (for Electrical Engineers).
- Understanding of preventive maintenance techniques and production workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
