We help our users find properties in their desired locations within reasonable budgets. We also connect real estate agents and property sellers to millions of buyers through our user-friendly platform. We are an online property portal providing information on properties listed for sale, rent, and lease by estate agents, developers, and property owners. We also provide real-time information on real estate market trends, news, and deals. We are recruiting to fill this position.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Creating engaging content to be posted across the company's social media accounts
  • Growing and managing the company's social media accounts
  • Engaging prospective clients digitally
  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Create and manage link-building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presence.
  • Innovate and present marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze the content success.
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing and inbound marketing campaigns
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
  • Drive traffic to company pages and websites.
  • Create website content and implement the content strategy to ensure online objectives are met.
  • Keep abreast of social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include information.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc
  • Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences 
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies for  promotional activities
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies

Online Customer Service Support:

  • Online real-time responses to all comments, likes, complaints, and engagements
  • Escalate order in quick time to the sales unit
  • Monitor delivery and ensure customers experience is positive
  • Create and implement a feedback collection funnel from the first sale to repeat sales.
