Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Revenue: Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Acquisition: Number of new customers acquired within a specific period.
  • Sales Team Performance: Meeting team sales targets and individual sales quotas.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Share Growth: Increasing market share in targeted segments or territories.
  • Sales Pipeline: Monitoring and managing the sales pipeline to ensure a healthy sales funnel.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience 
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to customer issues.
