Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent and diverse mix of content, including photos, videos, infographics, blog posts, and user-generated content.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and customer concerns. Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support product launches, events, and marketing initiatives. Develop campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and creative assets, and track performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Social Listening and Insights: Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation, engagement, and growth. Use social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure engagement metrics, and derive insights to inform future strategies and decisions.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all social media channels, including tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging. Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all social media communications and interactions.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, design, and sales, to coordinate social media initiatives and integrate social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on social media performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights. Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on data-driven analysis and feedback.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing social media accounts and campaigns for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation and storytelling
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles is a plus.
