Design and Site Architect

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to develop architectural plans and designs that align with project requirements.
• Generate detailed drawings, Mood board, 3D models, and renderings using industry-leading software tools.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
• Lead the development of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and budget.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to monitor construction quality, resolve any design-related issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall design vision and promoting innovation and best practices.

Requirements:

• Academic qualification of a Master's degree in Architecture design 
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in architectural design, with a focus on site planning and project management.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative and sustainable designs while considering practicality and functionality.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
• Should be able to work full time and travel outside state 
• Professional licensure in architecture preferred but not mandatory.

Work Type: Hybrid

Remuneration: NGN 180,000 – 200,000 net
