Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Red Team Analyst to identify security weaknesses across our digital environment through simulated cyberattacks. The ideal candidate will assess vulnerabilities, test defenses, and provide actionable insights to strengthen our cybersecurity posture.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and executing controlled adversarial attacks
Evaluate the effectiveness of security controls across networks, applications, and infrastructure
Threat emulation, vulnerability exploitation, social engineering assessments, reporting, and collaborating with Blue Team members to remediate identified risks.

Requirements:

Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Candidates must have strong knowledge of offensive security techniques, penetration testing tools, malware operations, privilege escalation, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Kali Linux, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and exploit development is required.
Professional certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or relevant red-team certifications are an added advantage.
