Job Description/Requirements
- Respond to customer queries, promptly over emails, calls, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Track customer interactions and feedback to help improve products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to address complex queries.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and assist customers with account-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers.
- Customer service representative, customer support, and customer service skills.
- Experience in the service industry is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to speak more than one Nigerian major language is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Degree in English and communication studies or a related field.
