Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Assist customers with account management and transactions.
  • Operate the BankOne system effectively for all banking activities.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and reports.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking, with proven expertise in BankOne.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Must reside close to Ikorodu or be able to commute easily.
