Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Assist customers with account management and transactions.
- Operate the BankOne system effectively for all banking activities.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking, with proven expertise in BankOne.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Must reside close to Ikorodu or be able to commute easily.
