Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CTCP Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Computer-to-Conventional Plate (CTCP) machines and a strong understanding of prepress and printing processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CTCP machines for plate production.
- Handle image output from design files to plates accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all plates meet the required quality standards before production.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance.
- Work closely with the prepress and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of plate output, materials used, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety and quality control standards within the production environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CTCP Operator or in a similar role within a printing/manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of prepress and plate-making processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Technical aptitude for machine operation and maintenance.
- Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
