We are looking for a spontaneous, adventurous, and forward-thinking Content Creator & Graphic Designer to own our visual identity. You won't just be pushing pixels; you will be the driving force behind our brand’s visual identity. You will be responsible for the entire creative lifecycle, from brainstorming the ideas to shooting high-quality shoots.

Responsibilities:
Video Production (Shoot & Edit):
- Open to visiting property sites to capture high-quality video footage.
- Film engaging content for Reels, TikTok, and video content.
- Edit raw footage into polished, fast-paced, and engaging videos optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Graphic Design:
- Design stunning marketing collateral, including flyers and social media posts.
- Create eye-catching graphics for our website, digital ads, and listing presentations.
Creative Strategy & Ideation:
- Identify trending audio, visual styles, and content formats and adapt them to fit our brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan weekly content that drives engagement and leads.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings to pitch fresh, "out-of-the-box" ideas for content series and campaigns.
- Be ready to drop everything and film a viral-worthy moment when it happens.
Technical Proficiency:
- Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing your graphic design work AND video projects is mandatory for consideration.
- Real Estate experience shooting interiors, architecture, or real estate is a huge plus, but not required if you have the right eye.
- Experience running social media ads is a plus.
