Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establishes, develops, maintains, and updates both an electronic and a physical filing system and other organizational systems
- Coordinates consolidate and publish monthly performance metrics from all global manufacturing locations
- Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, international and domestic travel, conferences, and departmental activities
- Coordinates routine administrative functions (phone coverage, calendars, appointments, ) with other SC & OS administrative staff members
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, charts, tables, graphs, and business plans, proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes
- The administrative secretary provides administrative office secretarial support to a director and other management/department team members as necessary
- As the safety coordinator, processes all incoming safety, the environment of care, and emergency management correspondence and addresses related issues with all department safety and security officers as appropriate
- Indirectly coordinates the activities of all department safety and security officers as it relates to the environment of care and emergency management chapters as outlined in the joint commission standards
- Assists with the maintenance of the facility’s hazardous materials and waste management, security, utility management, fire safety, and medical equipment programs
- Inventories and regulatory reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's and Associate Degree in a relevant field
- Thorough knowledge of office terminology, good spoken English, accuracy, and good judgment

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
