The job holder will be responsible for identifying and understanding the need of the Customer; Selling Insurance products proactively to new/prospective customers; Participating in tactical sales/marketing activities; Ensuring timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to the Direct Sales Manager; Participating in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings. Insurance Sales and Marketing is a role with responsibility for attending to customers' requests and proffering solutions. The overall objective is to perform multiple processing activities of limited complexity in a fast-paced environment while focusing on quality, excellent details, accuracy and execution of sales tasks.

- Experience Level:Entry level
- Experience Length:No Experience/Less than 1 year
- Selling of all company's products (Life Insurance/ investment Linked products and protection products)
- Ensuring adequate payment of monthly premiums by all clients
- Selling of company's Pensions option (Annuity - Pension Payment for Life) to newly retired and existing retirees from private Companies, State and Federal organisations that are presently on programmed withdrawal Pension Option ( Limited Years of Pension payment) by the Retirees’ PFAs
- Establishing good relationships on behave of the company with customers/clients by creating a long-lasting relationship
- Delivery of financial advice and services

- Develop seamless and timely weekly Marketing reporting.
- Academic qualification of either an HND or BSc in any discipline
- Years of experience will be exempt from review as qualified candidates will undergo sales/marketing training (with Benefits)
