Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for construction projects, outlining objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure effective team performance and project success.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project progress, priorities, and expectatio
- Oversee the allocation of resources including materials, equipment, and labor to ensure optimal project efficiency.
- Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and costs to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure construction projects meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues or changes.

Requirements:
- Minimum B.Eng in civil engineering
- 10 - 20 years of work experience in the construction industry and civil engineering
