Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV footage of the supermarket premises at all times
- Identify and report suspicious behavior, theft, or security breaches
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information and footage
- Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately
- Record incidents accurately in the security or incident logbook
- Support loss-prevention efforts and internal control procedures
- Provide CCTV footage or reports when required by management or authorized personnel
- Adhere strictly to company security policies and data privacy guidelines
- Escalate security incidents promptly following approved procedures
- Carry out other lawful security-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND certificate
- Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in security is an advantage
- Must be tech-savvy and smart
- High level of alertness, discretion, and integrity
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Good observation and reporting skills
- Attention to detail
