We are seeking a skilled and versatile technician to install, maintain, and repair CCTV, DSTV, and Intercom systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all three areas and be able to work independently to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and recording systems
- Troubleshoot and repair CCTV equipment and connectivity issues
- Ensure CCTV systems are functioning correctly and provide high-quality video footage
- Install, configure, and maintain DSTV satellite TV systems
- Troubleshoot and repair DSTV signal and reception issues
- Ensure DSTV systems are functioning correctly and provide high-quality TV viewing
- Install, configure, and maintain intercom systems
- Troubleshoot and repair intercom equipment and connectivity issues
- Ensure intercom systems are functioning correctly and provide clear communication
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or any related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, DSTV satellite TV systems, and intercom systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment and connectivity issues related to CCTV, DSTV, and intercom systems.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV camera systems, including IP and analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related software.
- Proficiency in installing and aligning DSTV satellite dishes, configuring decoders, and optimizing signal strength.
- Familiarity with intercom systems, including wiring, programming, and maintenance of both wired and wireless systems.
- Ability to work with various tools and equipment required for the installation and repair of electronic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment failures and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Ability to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement or repair.
- High level of accuracy in ensuring that all systems are installed and configured correctly to provide optimal performance.
- Careful documentation of installation and maintenance activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain technical issues in a clear, understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and provide support when needed.
- Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Ability to work on rooftops and other elevated areas safely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required for installations, repairs, or maintenance tasks.
- Ability to travel to different locations for on-site installations and repairs.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical installations and working at heights.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of oneself and others on the job site.
