Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases accurately using POS or cash register.
- Ensure timely issuance of receipts and correct change.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at checkout area.
- Inform customers about promotions or special offers.
- Follow cash handling and security procedures strictly.
Requirements:
- SSCE/WAEC or OND qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in retail or similar cashiering role.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- Must be a resident of Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000 monthly
